My name is Paola, and I am the girl behind this blog which is a result of who I am. I am passionate about intentional movement and mental wellness nutrition which improve your mood, energy levels and your mental health in general.

The name of this blog is inspired by its essence. Naked like a pure, natural, sans frills approach to Confidence; a state of being certain and having trust in one's self. This can be built or improved with simple means of easy access to anyone and I can't wait to  show you how. 

​Nutrition is the main element of this space as I firmly believe that there is a strong relationship between the food we eat and the way we feel, think and ultimately, look.
